 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My commercial business's toilet was slow to drain and clogged.  We had called MVP Plumbing first.  That was a big mistake.  The technician they sent had quoted me $595 if they fix the problem by snaking it, or it's free.  Snaking 100 feet didn't help.  Then, I waited for their manager Carlos to come who recommended to demolish the ceramic floor tiles, attach a pipe/bypass and hydrojet out the back parking lot.  Carlos quoted me $4,400 to demolish the ceramic floor tiles and hydrojet, and they wouldn't re-install the ceramic floor tiles when I asked.  This is way overpriced.  In the end, Carlos from MVP Plumbing charged me $562, even-though their advertisements on Google, their website, and on their vans said they would fix it for $33 or it's free.  He basically cheated me by charging me $595 - $33, or $562, passing the $33 on as a discount from $595.  I declined to let them demolish the ceramic floor tiles and connect a bypass to hydrojet the waste water into the back parking lot where my commercial business neighbors and customers park their cars, etc.  Carlos then tried to time pressure me by saying that if I call him later that night he would discount the $595 from $4,400; so essentially he tried to pressure me to pay $3,800 for hydrojetting.  It was already 6:15pm.  MVP was there for 6.5 hours, made a big mess, and didn't solve the problem.  I called The Sewer Brothers next considering The Sewer Brothers had over 200 splendid 5-star reviews online.  Throughout my interaction The Sewer Brothers, I understood why they had such excellent reviews.  The Sewer Brothers truly pride themselves on honesty, integrity, and getting the job done right - efficiently & effectively.  Alex came on time for the 10am - 11am appointment and recommended we take the toilet out and hydrojet from the hole under the toilet into the city pipes.  He called Carlos (Carlos from The Sewer Brothers) to come out with the hydrojet.  He performed the hydrojet,  removed the clog, showed me on his camera that the cast iron metal pipes were corroded, let me know what to anticipate in the future, and re-installed my toilet.  Carlos even insisted on cleaning my toilet and restroom even-though I volunteered.  Alex & Carlos from The Sewer Brothers were in and out with professional, and above & beyond service in less than 2 hours.  The Sewer Brothers also took care of it for less than 1/3 the estimate from MVP Plumbing.  On top of that, Alex & Carlos from The Sewer Brothers are good & honest men.  Carlos did not even want to talk bad about MVP Plumbing, saying that they just offered a different option, with his eyes even showing shame for MVP Plumbing.  Well, the option that The Sewer Brothers offered me saved me time, money, and stress.  If I have any plumbing problems again, I will call The Sewers Brothers to come out in a heart beat.  They have a customer for life!  My next-door neighbor also ended up calling The Sewer Brothers, for their low water pressure faucet, upon my recommendation.  I highly recommend The Sewer Brothers for all your plumbing needs!!!

Jose and his crew showed up exactly on time listened to what I needed done which included shower drain replacement plus repiping my drain lines, outside sprinkler shutoffs new fittings to the sprinkler lines themself and so on. Jose's quote was right in my budget so I gave him the green light, bottom line everything that was done far exceeded my expectations.
